If every chapter gave $500 - $1,000 each year, the CMSA Foundation would be able to add many more programs that advance the case management practice and contribute to process improvements for patients.

How do you become a chapter champion? Some chapters donate through their annual budgeting while others host fundraisers, make donations in memory and in honor of board members, presenters, and members. Chapters may host fundraising campaigns year round therefore donating the proceeds of these events! All Chapter Champions are so appreciated!
