Program Outcomes and Best Practices ~

Case managers solve problems every day but do not always highlight their accomplishments. The CMSA Foundation has a vision to elevate the practice of case management and case managers as they lead in improving health outcomes and quality of life for those we serve. The library includes research and practice improvement projects submitted by your peers. We hope you find valuable information and resources here to elevate your practice. If you have solved a problem, please consider submitting your project to share with the greater case management community.

We also ask that you consider becoming a Foundation donor. Without support, the Foundation cannot provide recognition of the good work that case managers are doing not just in the U.S. but internationally.
